Refund Policy
- Unsuccessful Visa application: 100% refund of all unused prepaid fees less $200 administration fee (onshore)
- Unsuccessful Visa application: 100% refund of all unused prepaid fees less $200 administration fee (offshore)
- Cancellation of enrolment more than 20 days prior to commencement date: 85% refund of tuition fees paid less $200 administration fee (onshore)
- Cancellation of enrolment more than 20 days prior to commencement date: 85% refund of tuition fees paid less $200 administration fee (offshore)
- Cancellation less than 20 days prior to commencement date: 50% refund less $200 administration fee (onshore)
- Cancellation less than 20 days prior to commencement date: 50% refund less $200 administration fee (offshore)
- Cancellation after commencement date: No refund
- Visa cancelled due to actions of student: No refund
- Course cancelled by Federation Technology Institute (provider default): 100% refund of all unused prepaid fees
Payment Method & Due Dates
- Fees must be paid as per the due date on the agreement/invoice.
- Students will be charged $50 per week for late payment and their enrolment may be suspended/cancelled for non-payment of fees.
- All fees are quoted and payable in Australian dollars. Due dates for fees are stated in the provided payment plan.
